Waffle Iron

      Do you have a waffle iron in your kitchen? This is another item in the kitchen for which we can be thankful for. While waffles are not my favorite food, they are good to eat and can be covered with a variety of toppings. When I think of waffles, I always remember a family reunion of sorts at my great grandparents place. I don't remember but very little as I was quite young at the time but what I do remember is waffles, waffles, and more waffles. As if it was some kind of waffle bake off.

     We currently have one waffle iron (we had two till a mouse chewed up the electrical cord on one) and it does get used from time to time.
