I'm not sure exactly which Christmas it was but I bought my wife a Quesadilla maker. While it is not used often it is handy for turning tortilla shells into a great snack or meal. The most often made quesadilla is one with pepperoni, cheese and pizza sauce but many other meats and sauces have been tried.
