This coming week is going to be a long week. For the first time since January I'll be working a 40 hour week, not only will it be a 40 hour work week, it will be a week of nights.. Yes, the 32 hour weeks have been nice, especially on nights when we would get done at 10:30, now it will be 2:30 in the morning when we get done.
Working 40 hour weeks is a positive sign that building is picking up and people are ordering windows - the plant is even starting to talk about hiring. 40 hour weeks also mean a bigger pay check which will be nice for taking care of bills.
