Alright, I know it's almost the end of July and Summer is making its presence known all to well but since my theme is the living room One thing we have at our house, in the living room but not at the moment is a Christmas Tree.
Now there's nothing extremely special about our particular tree. It's artificial, likes to get knocked over or have things knocked off it's branches, wears lots of lights and ornaments and a star at the top. Along with being a symbol of life at Christmas, it's colors bring joy during the dreary winter months.
While we do not need a Christmas Tree to celebrate Christmas and we have gone a year or two with out, I am thankful that we have one to enjoy.
