Fireplace

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring at someone else's house.
Stockings were no longer hung by the chimney with care,
But were emptied and scattered from here to there.

Since we've lived at our current location - we've been able to hang our stocking by the chimney each year at Christmas as we have a fireplace in our living room. While it is rarely used - maybe once or twice a year - it has been enjoyable and it's nice to know we can use it to keep warm if worse come to worse and we can't use our furnace.

      Dear Lord, Thank you
  • For the fireplace
